• Simplify the purchase process for any subsequent orders

By clicking on the "Add to cart" button for the desired product, it will be added to the virtual cart and you will remain on the page to continue browsing.
By clicking on the "buy now" button relating to the desired product, it will be added to the virtual shopping cart with the list of selected items to proceed with the purchase.

For the issuance of the tax document, the indications provided at the time of entering the data between the VAT number and/or tax code will prevail. However, you can write to us for any need.

In other words, in online purchases and in all other contracts concluded remotely, the Purchaser has a right of withdrawal, who can revoke his order within 14 working days of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer has not been informed by the seller about the possibility of excising this right, the term is extended to three months from the delivery of the goods.

Within fourteen days, the Purchaser may withdraw from the contract without providing any explanation and without paying a penalty.

The return of the goods does not automatically entail a valid right of withdrawal from the contract.
The costs for the return of the goods are borne by the Purchaser.
Bisniflex, if the practice is accepted, undertakes to return the price paid for the products by the Purchaser within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration.

The right of withdrawal is excluded by law in the following cases:

• For the purchase or sale items specially produced or created personally for the Buyer
• For perishable or rapidly changing goods
• For audio-video products or sealed software that have been opened by the Buyer
